The first ILC Industrial Forum Meeting was held on 16 August 2005. Its purpose was to provide a setting for collaborators and industrial representatives to exchange information on industrial development in each ILC region (Americas, Asia and Europe). GDE Director Barry Barish opened the forum. Other presenters included Dieter Proch from DESY, Norihiko Ozaki from the Japan Industrial Forum, Michael Peiniger from ACCEL and Europe Industrial Forum and Ken Olson from Parsons and US Industrial Forum.
"It was a good meeting and a lively conversation," said Fermilab's Shekhar Mishra.
